Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, many organisations need to check that the customers especially those coming in for a physical meeting, are free from the symptoms. NHS has provided guidelines where organisations need to enable Covid-19 Triage and Medical History forms remotely.
IntelligentForms is an ideal solution because:
- Each day, our system will send emails (or SMS if customer emails are not available) to the customers who are scheduled to visit you within the next 3 days.
- The email contains a link for Covid-19 triage and Medical History forms.
- When the customers fill the forms, the completed forms are converted into PDF documents and uploaded into the organisation’s system, and made available from the user interface of the organisation’s system.
- Being a fully automated system, there are usually no further actions required from the organisation team to do save that please make sure your Management Software server is connected to a stable internet connection, and our Welltime Agent software is running on it to enable the automated processing.
