We have been very pleased with the Appointmentor online booking/registration. We were sceptical of this concept, but the degree of control has made it easy to deal with our concerns. Patients have been very happy with the facility. We have so far acquired 50 new patients since starting in February this year and 227 existing patients have already booked their appointments using the system
We started to use (what was called) Remote Forms when we opened up our practice after Covid. We were looking for a way to ask Patients to fill in medical History and Covid Screening forms before they attended our practice for an appointment. We were able to discuss what we required and arrangements were made to provide this service for our patients. There were a few small hiccups at the beginning of this process but after a call to them, we were able to have everything resolved. The name Remote forms were changed over to Intelligent Forms and this did not affect us other than a new login website. We now send out information letters to some of our patients as well as Medical History and Covid forms. The system works seamlessly now and we are very happy with it.
Providing online booking was part of our practice vision to provide 24-hour booking facility for our patients. Online bookings now account for 15 to 20% of our recall patients which reduces the resource requirement at the reception desk. The feedback from the patients is generally positive. Welltime efficiently implemented the software and provide excellent on going support to our practice and to patients using the system.
Welltime team are helpful and explain everything fully. Having intelligent forms for medical history etc makes the time that the patient spends in reception more efficient in the patient journey. We are now trialing the electronic treatment plans which seem to be going ok.
